What a crazy December! So crazy that a Tri-Met bus got caught just before the herbary! We don't get bus service out this far, it seems the driver got a little confused. A little?!? Only 8 miles from the bridge confused! :)



We got a lot of snow during snow storm. Thankfully my brother was over when the snow was getting wet and heavy and was able to lend a hand pushing off all the greenhouses. We were lucky to have taken the time to do it - otherwise we would have had 2 flattened houses. Most of the plants were protected under a nice thick layer of snow before the ice came - so we are hopeful we won't lose too many plants.



We have closed down the shop for the rest of the season, and are excited for a break before re-opening Mid March 2009!  We hope everyone has a great holiday season and a terrific start to the new year! Looking forward to seeing everyone once we thaw out again!
