We have had a pair of geese hanging around the pond for the last couple days!  Today I finally saw them taking a dip in the pond. We aren't sure if there is enough cover for them to nest near by, but that would be something else!  Lewis the black cat has been spotted lurking down by the pond. I think he is thinking "DINNER" Well, atleast he can dream big :)



The birds aren't really shy. The dogs have gone out back, and the geese just ignore them. I got pretty close to take the photos, about 20 feet, and they just swam around. Hmm, does the herbary have new pet geese?
