For use as a dry rub, rub 1-2 T. per pound of meat. Let stand at least 15 minutes before grilling or baking. For a great last minute barbeque sauce, mix 2 cups ketchup 1/4 cup rub, 1/4 cup molasses, 1/8 cup worchestshire and 1/8 cup vinegar.
